 Asian Chicken over Rice With Vegetables

Ingredients

14 Oz Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables in Butter Sauce
16 Oz H-E-B Steamable Asian Rice
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajitas, thawed
1/2 cup(s) thai style peanut dressing
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Spicy Peanuts, chopped

Prep time  15 minute
Cook time 15 minute
Total time  30 minute


Instructions


1Heat the rice and vegetables as directed on the package, then keep warm.
2Heat a skillet for three minutes on medium heat.
3Add the chicken and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

4Add the dressing and stir-fry for another 30 seconds, or until the chicken is fully heated.

Spread rice onto a serving tray, then add veggies, the chicken mixture, and the peanuts.
