How To Make Tuna Pasta Salad

 Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

    • 100 g (3½oz) frozen peas

    • 1 kg (2lb 2oz) potatoes (we used Maris Piper)

    • 3 tbsp. plain flour

    • 1 medium egg, lightly beaten

    • 4 spring onions, finely sliced

    • 2 skinless cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped

    • 100 g (3½oz) Cheddar cheese, grated

    • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

    • How To Make Step By Step

    • Step 1

    • Set the oven to mark 6 at 200 °C (180 °C fan). Use baking parchment to line a baking sheet. Kettles are filled and boiled. Pour the boiling water over the peas after placing them in a colander in the sink. Place aside.

      Step 2

Potatoes should be peeled and grated coarsely. Gather the edges of a clean tea towel and squeeze as much moisture as you can out of the shredded potato. Squeezed potatoes should be poured into a sizable bowl, and the rest of the ingredients should be combined with lots of seasoning. Place the mixture on the lined baking sheet and shape it into eight patties.

      Step 3

Cook in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden and well done. With a green salad, serve.
