 Fried Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients 

1 small chicken breast
12 slices sandwich bread
30g flour
1.5 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup butter
Salt and pepper


 How to make

Boil chicken in water, salt, and pepper. Set aside half of the stock. Cut up the chicken.
Make a white sauce with the flour, stock, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 cup milk.
Stir it into the chicken pieces after it has thickened.

Slices of bread should be briefly submerged in milk.
Drain and remove.
Apply melted 1/2 cup of butter on the slices of bread.
After that, top the chicken mixture-covered slices with another buttered slice. The remaining butter is warmed.
whirl the eggs.
Sandwiches should be dipped into beaten eggs before being deep-fried till crisp and golden.
Serve warm.
