1/2 cup grated parmesan

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1 tbsp minced garlic

How to make

Simply use low-carb bread crumbs for the bread crumbs in any meatball recipe to make it keto. Usually, a grainy gluten-free flour, such almond flour or almond meal, works best.
With this straightforward substitution, you can create a low-carb meatball meal that has 12 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, and fewer than one gram of net carbs per serving.


However, you'll probably note that there aren't any bread crumbs in this recipe at all. Because of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, which also keep the net carbs per meatball to under one gram, these meatballs are moist and soft.
