Creamy Alfredo Sauce


Ingredients
  • cup butter: 1/4

  • clove garlic—minced: 1

  • cup all-purpose flour: 1/4

  • tbsp Parmesan cheese – grated: 2

  • cups milk: 2

  • tsp Italian seasoning: 1 1/2

  • pinch ground black pepper: 1

  • salt to taste

  • How to make

  • In a sizable saucepan set over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  • Garlic is sautéed until golden.

    Reduce heat to medium-low and gradually stir in the flour until the mixture is smooth and dissolved.


    As the Parmesan cheese melts and the mixture thickens, gradually stir it into the garlic-flour mixture.


    While continuously stirring, slowly pour milk into the cheese mixture until it is smooth.


    Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the dish.


    Cook and whisk the sauce until it has the desired thickness.
