POTATO PANCAKE RECIPE


Ingredients

2 lbs of potatoes
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 

Instructions

Potatoes are peeled and grated onto paper towels. Squeeze as much water as you can out of the potatoes.
Put potatoes in a basin of medium size. To potatoes, add cheese, salt, and pepper. Add milk and eggs, which have been beaten, to the potatoes. Mix thoroughly by stirring.
Place potatoes in a nonstick baking pan that is 10 inches by 10 inches in size. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown on top. Sliced green onions and sour cream should be added to each serving of the pieces. It's tasty!
